A: Barbara, how are things going with the travel arrangements for the trip to Sunset Beach?

A: Barbara, Sunset Beach

A: Babara. How about preparing the trip to Sunset Beach?

B: Well, I checked the rental prices with the bus rental company, but I haven’t made the booking yet.

B: I checked the rental fee from the bus rental company, but I haven't made a book.

A: How come? The trip is this weekend, so we had better hurry up and sort out our transportation.

A: 왜요?

A: How come? The trip is in this week, so we should hurry to handle the transoportaion issue.

B: The problem is that the marketing team manager still hasn’t told me how many of her employees will be coming on the trip, so I don’t know what size of bus we need.

B: A Problem is the marketing director have yet to tell me how many employees of the marketing team is going to be with us, so I don't know which size of a bus is needed.

A: Ah, I see. Well, we know that there will be at least thirty people, and the maximum number of employees is thirty-five.

A: 아, 알겠어요.

A: Ah, Okay. Then, you know there are at least thirty people, at most thirty five.

B: That’s true. I’ll take a look at the bus options again and choose the most suitable and affordable one.

B: Right. I will check the available buses agian, and take most suitted and affordable one.

2.

A: Juanita, why are you still in the office?

A: Juanita,

A: Juanita, why are you still in the office?

B: Huh? What are you talking about, Bill?

Bill?

B: What? What are you talking about, bill?

A: I thought you were going to the airport to pick up the clients from Europe. Doesn’t their plane arrive in a couple of hours?

A: I thought you were going to go to the airport to pick up the clients from Euroup. Won't the flight with them be arriving in a few hours?

B: It was supposed to arrive at 3:30 this afternoon, but I contacted the airline and learned the flight has been delayed.

B: It was shecduled to arrive at three and an half hour, but I realized the flight was delayed when I called.

A: What’s the problem?

A: Is there any problem?

B: Apparently, a huge snowstorm caused it to take off more than two hours late. So I don’t have to be there until around 6:00 this evening.

B: Seeing that, for a big blizard is the flight departure delayed. So I don't have to go there until six pm.

A: Okay. In that case, can you photocopy these papers for me, please?

A: Than's true. So would you mind copying this documents on behalf of me?

B: Of course. I’ll get right on it.

B: Sure. I'll do it for you right now.
