A: 죄송합니다만 이 전단지들을 여기서 복사할 수 있을까요? 저는 전단지가 500장 필요하거든요. 

A: I'm sorry but can you make copies of this flyers here? I need five hundreds of them.

 

B: I’d love to assist you, but we’re getting ready to close.

B: 도와드리고 싶지만 닫을 준비를 하고 있거든요. 

B: I'd like to assist you, but I'm getting to work off.

 

A: You are? Is there any way you can stay open a bit later to complete my order?

A: 그런가요? 제 주문을 끝내기 위해 약간 늦게까지 가게를 열 수 있는 방법이 없나요?

B: Sorry, but my boss doesn’t allow us to do that. Why don’t you drop by tomorrow morning when we open?

B: I'm sorry, but my boss doesn't allow to do that. Why don't you drop by here next morning when the store opens?

 

A: You’re open on Sunday?

A: 일요일에 문을 여나요? 

A: Is is opend on Sunday?

 

B: Yes, we just changed our hours a month ago, so not all of our customers are aware of that.

B: 네, 한 달 전에 영업시간이 바뀌었기 때문에 저희 고객님 전부가 그 사실을 알고 계시지는 못해요.

B: Yes, because we changed our working time a month ago, all of the customers don't know that.

 

A: Thanks for informing me. I’ll be back first thing tomorrow morning then.

A: 알려 주셔서 고마워요. 내일 아침에 바로 돌아올게요.

A: Thanks for saying it. I'll be right back tomorrow morning.

A: Excuse me, I purchased a handbag here last weekend. But this morning when I was preparing to go out, I realized that there is a small hole on the bottom. I was hoping to exchange it for a different one with the same color and style.

A: 실례합니다. 지난주에 이곳에서 핸드백을 구입했는데요. 오늘 아침에 외출 준비를 하는데, 제품 바닥에 작은 구멍이 있는 것을 알았어요. 같은 색상과 스타일의 제품으로 교환해 주셨으면 합니다. 

A: Excuse me. I purchased a handback here last weekend. I was preparing to go out this morning, I realized there is a small hole at the bottom of it. I want you to exchange it to a different one in same color and same style.

 

B: I am sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, quite a few of the handbags from this particular manufacturer had defects. So we had to inspect our entire inventory.

B: 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 사실, 이 제조업체에서 만들어진 상당수 핸드백들이 결함이 있었어요. 그래서 재고 상품 전체를 점검해야 했습니다. 

B: I'm sorry for your inconvinence. Actually, many of the handbags from this manufacture have a defect, so we had to inspect our inventory of the items.

 

A: Well, now I understand why this particular handbag was so cheap. Do you carry any other brands for the same price?

A: 네, 이 핸드백이 왜 그렇게 저렴했는지 이제 알겠네요. 같은 가격의 다른 상표 제품도 취급하나요? 

A: Okay, I got now why this is so cheep. Do you have one from other brand with same price?

 

B: I’m sorry, but our other handbags are a bit more expensive. But I could give you a discount for your trouble. Just follow me and I’ll show you the rest of our selection.

B: 죄송하지만, 저희가 판매하는 다른 핸드백 제품들은 값이 좀 더 비쌉니다. 하지만, 고객님께는 번거롭게 해드린 점을 고려해 할인해 드리겠습니다. 저를 따라오시면 저희 나머지 제품들을 보여 드리겠습니다.

B: Sorry, but the others we are selling are a little more expensive. However, we consider we make you bother and will discount it. Follow me and I'll show you the other itmes.
