A: Hi, Tim. It’s Rachel. Are you doing anything this Saturday? One of the accountants in my office gave me two tickets to Divided Lives at Mercer Theater because she couldn’t use them. Would you like to join me?
A: 안녕하세요, Tim. Rachel입니다. 이번 주 토요일에 무슨 일 있으세요? 제 사무실에 근무하는 회계사 중의 한 분께서 본인은 갈 수 없다면서 Mercer Theater에서 열리는 Divided Lives 공연 티켓을 두 장 주셨어요. 저랑 함께 가시겠어요? 
A: Hi, Tim. This is Rachel. Do you have any plan this Saturday? One of the accountants working in my office said he couldn't go and gave me two tickets for Divided Lives performed at the Mercer Thearter.

B: I’d love to! Thanks! I heard that the director of the show, David Castillo, will hold a question-and-answer session for audience members after the performance.
B: 그러면 정말 좋겠어요! 감사해요! 그 공연의 연출자인 David Castillo 씨가 공연이 끝난 후에 관객들을 위해서 질의응답 시간을 연다고 들었어요. 
B: I really hope so. Thanks! I heard Mr. David Castillo, the director of the performance, would take a Q&A time for the audience after finishing the performance.

A: That’s right. The show lasts for about two hours, and then we can stay for that. I’d love to meet him. So… uh… how about just meeting at the theater around 6:00?
A: 맞아요. 공연이 약 2시간 정도 진행되니까, 끝나고 나서 그 시간을 위해 남아 있을 수 있어요. 저도 그분을 정말 만나보고 싶어요. 그래서… 어… 6시쯤에 그냥 극장에서 만나는 건 어때요? 
A: That's right. Because it takes about two hours, after that we can stay there for the time. I'd like to meet him so much. So... hmm.. How about meeting at the theather around six'o clock?

B: That works for me. See you then.
B: 저는 좋습니다. 그럼 그때 만나요.
B: It's fine with me. See you then.

A: Hi, this is Ted calling from maintenance. I got your message reporting an issue with your heating system.
A: 안녕하세요, 저는 유지보수팀의 Ted입니다. 난방 시스템 문제를 알리는 메시지를 받아서요. 
A: Hello, I'm Ted from the maintenace department. I got the message to announce a problem for the heater system.

B: Thanks for calling me back. When I got to my office this morning, I noticed that the radiator was not warm at all.
B: 다시 전화 주셔서 고마워요. 오늘 아침 사무실에 도착했을 때 라디에이터가 전혀 따뜻하지 않은 걸 알았어요. 
B: Thanks for calling me back. When I came in here this morning, I realized it wasn't warm at all.

A: Other people are having the same problem. Because of the severe cold last night, some water pipes froze and burst. So you can stay warm, I can bring you a heater that you can just plug in. I’ll also bring an extension cord so you can place it anywhere you want.
A: 다른 분들도 같은 문제를 겪고 있어요. 어젯밤 혹한으로 일부 수도관이 동파되었거든요. 따뜻하게 계실 수 있도록, 히터를 가져다드릴 테니 플러그를 꽂기만 하시면 돼요. 연장 코드도 챙겨가서 원하시는 곳 어디든 히터를 놓으실 수 있게 해 드릴게요. 
A: Other people have same problem. Because of the cold weather of the last night, some of pipes are frozen and broken. To be warm for you, I'll give you a heater, so just plug in. I'll also take a extension code, and then you can place it anywhere.

B: I’d appreciate that.
B: 그렇게 해 주시면 감사하죠.
B: I'd appreciate for that.
